why is the wiki page not working (allowing airlines to be added to list)

Everyone has the problem as there is an update waiting - but there were some technical problems.
Do you have an estimate of when will it be available again? I’m also waiting on this to update my airlines pages and add the Infinite Skies Alliance on Nicosia
