As what does AGEX stand for? I don't really know, but I'll take a guess: Airlinesim General Economic indeX.

If you are asking what the AGEX actually measures.. that's the general economic status of the server world. High index = high production, many people have lots of money, want to travel. Low index = people are poorer, don't travel so much.
