What?
As the title suggests, remove the in-game forums of alliances.
Why?
These forums have always been extremely bare-bone in terms of features, lacking even elementary features like notifications about new posts etc… At the same time, most alliance organise their communication using 3rd-party tools like Discord or own forums. As such, this feature is just “technical debt” and can (or should) be removed.
With Modernised In-Game Messaging in place, we can also re-introduce in-game communication channels for alliances that actually add value and are useable.
When?
No timeline, but would likely happen as part of general redesign efforts (where adjusting this feature would just mean pointless effort) or when a proper replacement is available.
