Since two weeks, I can rarely use the ORS, whatever the time or day on Meigs
Do you encounter the same situation ?

the ORS needs a lot of resources so it is being disabled every time the server has a bag log of, I think, more than 30 seconds. you can find the server status at the end of every page and the answer to your question in about 20 other posts on this board.
