Bankrupt lessor?

Hi all

I'm sure this has come up before but the search isn't being helpful.

If I am leasing aircraft from another player and that player closes/loses their account, what happens to the aircraft? I seem to recall reading that any leased out aircraft transfer to the AS leasing company with my contract intact (i.e I don't have to scramble to find a new aircraft and copy the schedule over). Is this correct?

AS will take over the contract at unchanged conditions. Schedule, seats etc will not changed. No problem for you at all.

This is even better as you will have the possibility to buy the aircraft after 4 weeks ;).
