Best aircraft for low demand?

Hi,

I've recently started a new airline in Ethiopia, my question to you is what would you recommend for a very low demand airport. Ethiopia having very low demand aircraft i already ave atr's to fill the bigger ones but on the very low demand routes i'm only getting 12- 15 passengers and would like to know what people would recommend. The only aircraft i have in mind is the Do 228, but anyone with experience or what to do would be appreciated.

thanks,

Ben.

If you necessarily want something that small take the PC-12 but otherwise just use the LET which is usually more effecting than PC-12s and offers that occasional bigger load. Otherwise use Saab 340Bs, Jetstream 41s or even ATR 42-600s. When a route requires something that small it is usually worthless to operate.

I would recommend the Saab 340 B Plus, these are good aircraft especially for small domestic routes, for really small routes I would choose either the LET or Britten Norman Islander aircraft

ok thanks ill use the LET

If you start at a server where main international routes from ADD are not served, it is a good way to start international lines first.

On this circumstance, you should choose 73J with better seats.
