Can I control lease price to listed daughter company?

My main airline on Aspern acquired control over a near-bankrupt airline. I am currently limited to a single aircraft which flies relatively profitable, but I need it to have more planes to create a basic network that could make it sustainable again.

I understand that, since it is on the stock market, I can't transfer a plane to the small airline. It also seems that I couldn't control the lease price of an aircraft, if I was to buy one with my main airline, and then transfer it via leasing to the daughter.

Is there a way to lease an owned plane at a lower price via the main aircraft market? Is that allowed under the game rules?

If not, is there any other way I can invest even a low amount of money into the daughter company?

No, no, and no to all your questions.

If the airline you acquired has just one plane, well... your best option would be to assume the route by your main airline (or if the airline is in investment open country, establish a new subsidiary there)., Replicate the schedules, interlines, etc. and fly it yourself. There is no acceptable reason whatsoever to keep a one-plane airline subsidiary functional.

Thanks for confirming.

To be clear, the company had more planes but lost several in the last few weeks due to insolvency. My take-over was more an expirement to see what could still be salvaged, rather than a real attempt to get something (new) up and running.

Delete it and create a new enterprise. Just one plane is nothing to have.

If that one route is really profitable then acquire smaller cheap planes SF3/AT3 if available. That may give a boost to this airline for now.

I know... it will die when no more credits are given (it's a listed company so I can't liquidate it).

And this being Aspern, AT3 and SF3 don't exist...

But thanks for the feedback!

You can email support to liquidate it.
