Canceled flight

Good evening everyone, hope all is well.

I experienced to believe is some sort of error either in the game world or server.  I had a flight canceled for no apparent reason. This flight has been regularly scheduled for a few weeks already and no problems and suddenly today it was canceled.  The maintenance ratio is 117% with condition at 95%, the plane was obviously in the correct location, as it has been running regularly prior.  So now the system has booked a transfer flight in order to line up with the next flight.  

Just curious as to how this happened, I obviously have to pay cancellation fees, do I get that back seeing as how it is some sort of error? And has this happened to anyone else?

There are a few errors with transfer flights at the moment however to try find an answer will you open the "Flights" page on the aircraft with the cancellation, and take a screenshot and post it on here. Also it would be a good idea to take a screenshot of the aircrafts schedule too

and while you are on the "flights" page, hover your mouse over the word "cancelled". it will give you the reason.

btw, did you maybe shift around departure times slightly? this might have caused an overlap, so that the aircraft was not yet ready for departure (even if it was by minutes).
