Cannot assign crews to flights

I am a new member, and am really enjoying the game so far, but have come to a bit of a road block.

I have set up offices, routes, leased planes, but I cannot seem to assign a crew to a flight so I can fly a route.

I tried turning off the comfort functions but even that did not work.

I just get the screen shown in the attachment.

I have enough pilots for the amount of fleet I have, just cant seem to get them on a plane.

My main city is MSY, fleet is 2 Bombardier CRJ 100ER and 2 Boeing 737-400 BGW

Was able to answer my own question.

I was not scheduling the flights 24 hours in advance.

As I can see it in the screenshot, pilots are already assigned to the planes. The cabin crew is assigned when you set up the cabin configuration. So there is no need to assign the crew again.
