Hi, I recently started a airline in australia but i want to start in indonesia as well for domestic flights but when i go Singapore - Jakarta i can transport cargo but not passengers is there anyway i can transport passengers some how?

Basically an airline based in any country can carry cargo from anywhere, to anywhere, but passengers you must have traffic rights

the only way is to close your current holding and then start with a new holding in Indonesia (Thats for the servers Maigs, Gatow and Pearls since there is only one Holding allowed, On the other old servers you can open a second holding)
You gave the answer in the title. It's based in Australia, not Indonesia nor Singapore.
Also, AS doesn’t work with billateral agreements towards traffic rights, as some existent in real life, so if you want to fly between Indonesia and any other country (for pax), you’ll have to be based in Indonesia.
