Cargo Interlining

I just have a couple questions for future feference,

1. Does Cargo Interlining act the same as passenger interlining.

2. Can a cargo airline interline with a passenger airline, and the passengers of the passengers airline book cargo for that airline but I will fly that cargo for the pax airline.

1. Yes … it is the same when you IL with another Cargo Airline.

2. Passengers do not book Cargo … it is like 2 seperated businesses.
