Would have not even ocurred to me that someone talking about a hub in Panama would be talking about a different airport than PTY... Rainer deserves an applause here.

Not nice to answer not in English, but…

There are also Airlines like SAS who fly internationally not only from Sweden. Don’t compare with reality.

By the way: you can fly point to point but without having connecting passengers.
