I just wondered that if I press the liquidation button on my subsidiary page what will happen? Is it going to liquidate only my subsidiary or perhaps my whole Company? And what will happen to the money in my subsidiary, am I going to loose them or are they returned to my main company's account once subsidiary is liquidated?

When you press the liquidate button, it only affects the current enterprise, so the effect is only to the subsidiary. Always check to make sure that you haven’t changed companies before you hit the button (i.e. reload the page).
During the liquidation process, employees are terminated with severance paid out, aircraft are returned to the lessor minus this week’s lease payment or sold off for scrap value, stocks are sold to AS Bank at current market price. The remainder is deposited back to the parent company’s accounts.
