Is the demand calculation for departing or arriving passengers?
Example.... Flight 1234 from ABC to XYZ. ABC calculates at 1030 and XYZ calculates at 1800. When would the demand for this route be calculated?
Short answer: Departing - in your example at 1030
Everything is based on the origination airport, the bookings will be made at 1030.

Of course, pax connecting onto that flight will be booked at their origin’s demand calculation time. So you do often see small number of pax booked onto the flight before your demand calc takes place.
