Hello. I was recently checking out the game, and it turns out it is impossible to operate the E-295 from SDU in Brazil. This is very strange, considering it was designed to fly from SDU and that dozens of flights using this homebuilt aircraft operate there daily. Embraer itself advertises in its brochure that it has the capability to take off with a full passenger load for 500 nm.
It’s an age-old issue, I’m afraid. See this thread from 2012.
It does seem to work in Paine, where Aircraft Performance 1.5 is in testing and the E195 E2 already has data - albeit with payload restrictions:

It does have that capability with 1.5 Performance. The 96.2% of payload includes PAX and cargo.
From SDU the E195E2 can fly about 2560~KM with full pax load due to the longer runway then the quoted 1,250M in the Embraer sheet.

It looks like we need to wait for Aircraft Performance 1.5 in the short-term worlds to be able to fly it from short airfields.
This is a problem with a few different aircrafts. Panama city hub for Copa airlines uses Boeing 737-900er and 737-9 and most of the 900er cant take a full load out of it because they keep claiming that’s what the information they have says the plan need to take off. Along with Santa Maria having both regular 737-800 and A320 from landing but in the game its an extremely short runway.
