Flight crew salary

Seeing some very odd behavior with 787 flight crew salaries with “Explorer India” on Limatambo. I am the only airline in the country using 787, yet the average salary one week is 1800, the next week it is 2200 and then something else the next week. I always have unhappy flight crew as one week they are paid the market rate and the next week they are 500 under the rate!

Sound odd, any idea what could be causing this?

I don’t think it is a salary per a/c type but rather all widebodies.
I have, however, also seen some unexpected jumping around with my wide body crew salaries. it may have been the two of us compensating for the other ones increases and decreases.

I am trying to keep my salaries stable and could maintain the same level for the last week, so hopefully, it will calm down.
