I've never read anything on AS about flight delays, but I just noticed one of my flights is currently six hours late arriving into JFK and I'm not even sure if it's close to arriving. Can that be right? Are there occasional delays built into the system and are they affected by my pay for certain roles like fleet management etc.?
While I'm asking... do aircraft ever crash?

No delays, no crashes. If our aircraft should have arrived but failed to do so, send a screenshot with support ticket to support@airlinesim.aero, indicating server, airline and aircraft registration

Delays? Of course! Flights don't always arrive on time, real time. Of course, at some point the system catches up, something is reset or whatever and the flights arrives ... in real time, perhaps hours or a day later, but in game time, punctually. For me, that is a delay. Why, because if I need to transfer an aircraft manually, I need to do it real time, and if there is a lag, I can't.
I have had many flights recently which have been "inflight" at the scheduled landing time. In fact, this has happened to me a lot recently since I have been adjusting timetables and relocating aircraft ... but not only delays, also cancellations arising as a result of transfers not being able to be made, and of course loss of revenue.
Despite Senior Captain's advice to contact support with a screenshot (which I have done), I have heard absolutely nothing from support since I flagged this to their attention, 2 days ago! But then again, I have had pretty much no solution to this issue when flagged to support over a year ago.
And it seems the problems continue ... flights not arriving, transfers not happening, cancellations occurring, and revenue falling!
Anyone else having such problems with this issue and lack of "support" from support?
It is known that flights get sometimes stuck in flight. But they depart fine do the next flight. The transfers would not happen only if you do not have crew assigned or if the condition is under 50%.
I am very happy to not have crashes as it would be very tragic to see deat even here.

I have had crew assigned, condition greater than 50%, and I have still had cancelled flights!
I wasn’t aware that this was a generally known issue, in which case, any idea what is being done about it?
Is the flight time correct? Time window? Slots? Terminals?
If that is all correct then just conntact support@airlinesim.aero and SK and martin will handle it.
Try to hover the mouse at "cancelled", and see what it tells you. Probably "Wrong Airport". Or give us a screenshot :-)
