In flight ratings, under product factors, what does Image mean and how can I improve it
This is not the Image calculated my aircraft type or age etc but the one found under PRODUCT FACTORS
Hi,
I believe this is how it works:
every flight has it’s particular image factors. You find these at the bottom of every flight rating page. Together they decide about the overall image of an individual flight.
The average of all these flight (image) ratings gives your airline an overall "airline image". This overall airline image is what you see on the list of product factors. It is also the image rating you see on the overview page of your airline.
