I cant resize it without it looking weird, do you guys know what should I do? Its for my airline. If you guys can resize it for me, please make them in the required big and small format:
Main logo (300x100 Pixels)
Small logo (120x23 Pixels)

Took me 2 minutes so may not be the best quality :)
Had to remove the yellow text on the small logo as it was too small and there wasn't really enough space to fit.

Sorry, I don't actually know anyone who does logos, maybe ask nicely in one of the existing threads on the forums.

I said to the OP in other thread: "what a nice attitude" ...the one who graciously makes him the logo should chose his upload server according to his own preference, not the OP
