How do I assign pilots to my aircraft (Embraer 195)?
Under fleet, you select the aircraft with the checkbox, and click "assign pilots" on the bottom of the page and process.
Another way is to click the schedule for the aircraft, and click the red "X" for "Pilots" for that plane, on the top of the schedule.
It will assign pilots. That is also the way to Unassign pilots (clicking the green V).

I tried to assign pilots, but it seems the option isnt there. And on my schedule it has a green tick next to pilots
Then pilots have already been assigned. Maybe you have the comfort functions activated
Unless you have gone into the gameworld settings and changed it, the game will automatically hire, train if necessary, and assign pilots. The automatically assigned pilots don’t fulfil the criteria for the tutorial achievements, so “The world’s best office” won’t be completed. Together with picking a maintenance provider and assigning seating configurations automatically, these are the comfort settings.
There are reasons to disable the function, like operating a leasing company or hiring experienced pilots of a different type and retraining them for your use, but these are more advanced concepts that can be confusing for a beginner user. This is why they’re automatically enabled.
