I’m in Meigs and I can’t subscribe to IPO’s. I generally subscribe with my holding company but when I try to it just says in red: Your company is not eligible to participate in an IPO yet. You have to accumulate more equity. Why?

It’s a precaution to cheating. People usualy started IPO, then had their friends start several companies who invested in the IPO and then bankrupted immediately.
Thus the company was able to gain large quantities of money.
It is thus forbidden to invest into stocks if your company has no real added value.
