I've nearly run out of flight numbers.....

Whats next when I hit flight number 9999?

Do i really need to set up a new enterprise just to get 9999 more flight numbers?

Never mind....it appears I do.

You could try to use via flights to save on a few numbers, but they're a hassle once you need to change them.

How many weekly flights you have now? You could rearrange flight plan to maximize flight number usage. I have 64500 flights per week and still have room to increase.

Wow, how can you possibly have that many flights in one airline. I Usually start struggling with flight numbers at 30000 flights weekly. Atleast you have 5500 flights to go before you reach max. ;)

I am in a similar position - but it is obvious a luxury problem.

It's possible in the USA, China, EU and as a cargo airline.

30000 flights that’s just 4500 flights per day or 4500 flight numbers.

You could technically have up to 20000 flight segments per day or 140000 flights per week with 10000 flight numbers with scheduling all flights as via flights.

Such as MIA to FLL via JFK

Im not faffing aroud with VIA flights thats for sure...

My number situation not helped by the multiple short sectors arund neighbouring islands, and multiple daily deaprtures on trunk routes...

I have since begun "outsourcing" some of my flying to a regiona subsidary...

I hear you.  68,000 flights a week for me, it sucks one you run out of numbers.
