I have a "simple" question: If I decide to liquidate a subsidiary of my holding (once I've ended all leasings and got back my deposits), all the capital of that subsidiary will go back to my holding? Or it will be lost?
The subsidiary hasn't made an IPO. The liquidation would be done when the airline hasn't got any debt or scheduled flight.
One additional question (about the same subsidiary):
If I cancel today all my leasings (but the deposit will be given to me officially on Tuesday) and also today I liquidate the subsidiary airline... I will get back my deposits today to my holding? Or, if I don't wait until Tuesday to liquidate it, I will loss my deposits?
I don't think you need to cancel the leasing manually, you can liquidate directly and all leasing will be gone. I think you will get your deposits back within the funds
