No maintenance is being done on either of my A310s. I leased 2 A310-300s at 49% condition (bad mistake) and they didn't automatically book a transfer flight, so I had to do it manually. But now it's not flying any of there assigned routes, so I was wondering how do you major maintenance work?

The condition won’t update until your aircraft makes a scheduled departure.
go to the flights page of the particular aircraft and hover your mouse over the word "cancelled". it will tell you the actual reason.
assuming you have money in your bank account, maintenance happens when the aircraft - after turn around - stands around for more than two hours. so I am assuming, something else is the reason for the cancellations.
If the aircraft does not depart for its scheduled flight, make sure you have the crew assigned and the aircraft is located at the starting airport.

It means you dont have enough money to pay for its maintenance.
