As you can see in the screenshot, I leave enought time for maintenance (2:55) BUT the Maintenance Ratio is 89,2%.
Why is this happens?
The game takes into account the amount of time there is for maintenance. The higher the maintenance ratio will be. The more flights you have will affect the total time of maintenance required. This all means that 2 hours of maintenance is not just the minimum that you need. I have attachted a screenshot of one of the aircraft I have as clarification.

Aha! I got the point. Actually, it’s a ratio between hours and number of flights rather than a standard time period required for maintenance.
