Hi guys, I currently have a CRJ 700. I'm not getting any bookings and it has been about 24 hours.
My CRJ 700 currently has an assigned route from St. Martin - West Palm Beach, then West Palm Beach - St. Louis, then St. Louis - St. Martin.
So my CRJ is going to three airports in one day, everyday.
However, I see no bookings for my flight. My flight leaves on the 30th due to a transfer flight from my lease.
When should I start to see bookings? I'm not flying to very large airports, just medium sized airports.
Demand calculation (or can be seen as passengers appearing) occur once every 24hr period. The exact time can be seen on the airport info page. If you have delayed activation by three days this will give passengers 3 chances of booking your flight.
You may not get passengers due to either competition or no demand
You are based in UK, You have no traffic rights for almost none of the routes you operate.
The only route where you will (may) get any passengers is Grand Cayman to PBI.

Oh, how do I change my HUB? Do I need to reset?

You would need to liquidate (not just reset) and chose a different hub.
If you base in EU, you can fly any EU route (including overseas territories, such as Martinique to Guadeloupe, as they are considered french overseas territories)
But you would not be able to fly any 3rd country not member of EU treaty, only from your base country (or territory). E.g. if you base in France you could fly from French Caribbean to USA and other Caribbean Destinations, etc. but not from UK Caribbean to third countries (non members of EU treaty).
