On board service

When I look at my flight assignments (Route management, select a flight and then flight assignments) I can find my rating for product factors. Everything is green, except my "On board Service". Which is 100% in the red. How can I solve this problem and get it into green?

Did you create some on board-service profiles already? If not, do so. Then look into your route management and add a service profile to this route (or take the "standard" service profile

The strange part is that I have it only on short distance flights. When I fly from Amsterdam to Stockholm, my onboard service is none/red (and I also have no catering costs). When I fly with the same airplane to Barcelona for example, my onboard service level is completely green and catering costs are charged. Do you know what this could be?

some service profiles (with warm meals for example) require a route distance of 800 km minimum. Look into your service profiles and try to create a new one for routes unter 800 km (with cold meals or lunch package only)

I have made a new onboard service for short flights and changed it in the route management. Thank you for your help. It works now!
