I changed my on board services and in my income statment shows 0 $ spent on on board services , must I activate the new service ?
You must assign the new onboard services to flights (or routes/airport pairs) for which you want to use them.
Also, make sure that you do not have an item that is available on flights over 800 km (or 1500 km) and having such profile assigned to a flight of less than 800 km, that onboard profile will not be used for such a short flight in that case.
