ORS results and rankings

Hello!

I probably should know the answer to this having played 10+ years, but maybe I am rusty as “come and go” a lot.

On tristar I have link airways at London gatwick (LGW) and noticed a lot of competitor flights rank above me in the ORS even when the same time with lower rankings (for both entire journey and the single leg).

Am I wrong in thinking I should be at the top of the ORS if i have the highest ranking at the same flight time?

Example below:

Server: tristar
Route: LGW to BTS
My flight: LNK 348
Competitor flight: LJ1996

I score 59 / 99 and they score 58 / 99. Both flights take the same time.

is this something where image comes into play after the ORS results?

Thats interesting, so the above are not taken into account on the ORS e.g. on board service and seats? That sounds odd as when I adjust the price and seats the ORS changes
