I don’t know if this is part of the new mechanics of the game, but I have several flights that are overbooked in either one class or in total. First I thought this was okay as long as in total there are seats available. However, now I have finished flights that where overbooked in total. Thus my margins are going up which I think is not in the inventors mind.
It’s not intentional…yet ![]()
It was a known issue at server start but has since been fixed. If you got lucky and received some additional bookings…don’t spend it all at once ![]()
The idea of overbooked flights alignes with the real world, but I have a flight overbooked with 79% in passenger cabins and 56% in cargo.
How about:
* Overbook economy ( + business) and greet some customers with free upgrades. Max 10% overbooked (as allowed in real world EU-law). It could benefit some passengers to choose your airline in the future (free advertisement)
*Allow any airline to reschedule with a larger aircraft if the booking figures goes higher
I currently have a flight with a 85% overbooking in economy. Given the thoughts of the “noshows” I need at least around 80-90 noshows. That’s not happening unless a interlinepartner files for bankrupcy.
ahhh overbooking - The airline’s dream & the passenger’s curse
XDD
Yeah can confirm it is gone now, however I didnt mind 200% C-Class SLF ![]()
