So I was dumb and thought that buying on credit would be cheaper than leasing, noob mistake. I can make the payments so its not that big of a deal but the I thought that I would experiment with leasing out the plane because why not. So I offered the plane out and now it is nowhere to be found. Under asset management it say the plane is on offer but when I check the aircraft market i cant find it. I even went as far as opening a trial account with my school e-mail to try and see if the plane was on the market and it is not. I still have to pay the bills for this thing and would like to know how I can get my plane back!
You will not see the aircraft in your "account", and if you open trial account you will not see that plane either, because trial accounts see only AS-Aircraft planes. They do not see player-owned planes (to avoid cheating, because trial accounts are difficult to trace).
BUT ... your lease rate you will get will not cover credit payments :( better to find a better usage for the plane on your own routes.... your yield will be lower than with a leased plane, but at least maybe you can cover credit payments. If you lease it out, you will not be able to pay those credit payments form the money you get.
I can see the plane on Ellinikon ... it's listed (so you can calm down :) )
BUT ... lease price is AS$11,500
if players lease it from factory, they pay AS$10,000 only
You would need to lease it for less than 100% (80% would make the price go down to AS$9,500) but I do not know if you can do that with credit-owned plane.
I do not know how much your weekly credit & interest payment is exactly for that plane, but from what I see the interest rate is on Ellinikon (2.24%) you will pay AS$48,000 per week just in interest.
I think the planes are paid over 2-year period (maybe I am wrong on this) so your credit downpayment would be about AS$19,500. In either case you are looking for AS$60,000+ in weekly payments for the next few months until the loan base amount starts going down as you make payments.
^ Yeah i realised that after the fact how can I unoffer the plane? With this type of plane its allways cheaprer to lease from the facotry then lease a new plane from as or a nother user for what ever reason.
Go to assets management option and click on (withdraw offer)
