Yep, you just have to wait until the demand HKG is calcluated too ;)
Thanks so much !

Hi, I still have one more question. So now I've everything going well now but I have some problem with the maintenance and aircraft condition.
I am currently operating few Q400s running some short routes with a tight schedule and using the African Maintenance Systems.
I kept the maintenance ratio around 100%-200% however the aircraft condition continues to drop.
Is there any solutions that i could keep a higher aircraft condition?
Thanks
well if you have lot of flight in day, you need better maintenance
and you can leave open 2 hour window between two flights

I switched to Helvetic Maintenance. This company ensures good work and I am sure that the aircraft is at 100% again after a night-stop. My fleets are generally doing a very intensive-schedule. I don´t like to see my aircraft sitting idle on the apron. They have to fly! Due to very high utilization and the age of my fleet, the condition of some aircraft deteriorate during their duties and there are aircraft which are between 60 and 70% after eight, ten or twelve flights.

Thanks for your advice
Could you explain a little bit more?

So you suggest me to leave at lease 2 hour window between each two flights? But wouldn't the maintenance ratio will be very high?

you keep maintenance ratio close to 100%, but put 2 h space in middle of schedule for extra maintenance time, and you will have better condition of airplane
problem is only on airport who have night flight ban, there no solution for overnight maintenance
The condition of your planes will deteriorate as they operate. The purpose of the regularly-scheduled maintenance period is to restore your airplane to the optimal condition. You can either do all of your maintenance work at once, or you can break it into two (or more) shorter periods. It's not practical to schedule maintenance between every flight; it limits the amount of time that your plane could be generating revenue instead.
To save processing cycles on the server hardware, the condition of your aircraft is only updated whenever your aircraft takes off for a scheduled flight. If your plane is in a maintenance period and it is still in poor condition, check again when the aircraft is back in service.

darky007 and kenmuir gave additional information, thank you.
A normal example is probably the schedule of one MD-87 with a ratio of 103,9%. This aircraft makes eight flights a day and ten flights on two days. This aircraft started with a condition of 100% in the morning and the current condition is 88% and will probably be 80% after her last flight of the day. This aircraft will be maintained during the night and will be 100% for her first flight scheduled to depart at 06:45 AM.
Please keep in mind that older aircraft tend to need more maintenance and it is in your hands to reduce the maintenance costs through lower utilization but I always prefer to make maximum use of the equipment. It is very important to schedule "maintenance windows" correctly (minimum 120 minutes). The aircraft won´t be OK with 103,9% and no maintenance for three days and a large maintenance window of ten hours and a full schedule until the end of the week.
well if you flay to airport with 1:30 min turnaround, there is no reason to make 2 hours between 2 flight, with that you got maintenance and max utilization
I don't think turnaround times count towards your maintenance time. I could be wrong, but I really doubt this.
IIRC only the baby-blue coloured sections in the flightplan are maintenance:
Thanks so much ! I'm now able to keep a good aircraft condition :)
