I am looking for some good destinations to fly (ATR 42-500). Any suggestions for a beginner?

Welcome! Maybe you should add additional information, e.g. you airline, your hub, the planned capacity of your ATR 42 and your thoughts about potential routes.

One of my planes is already set to fly to moscow.

If your company is based in Minsk than you are not allowed to transport passengers on the routes you mentioned.

Also I'd suggest to FIRST look for profitable routes and connections (reviewing airlinesim and real life flight plans / passenger numbers) and THEN order planes for those routes...
