I made changes to the schedule for my airline and now one half of the flight is showing but the first half is not. I have checked the schedule section in fleet and it’s all green and shows all the flights.

Could be you made your changes during the time one of the flights is supposed to be inserted into the ORS so it won’t show until the next day.
Ok; got over that. Now I re-did the schedule and selected the 3 day delay. Why does the program select the middle of the day to change it so now I’ll have to cancel flights!
It’s the way the flights are booked into the ORS, this happens every 30mins normally, but if your server was lagging could have taken longer. Either way whenever you modify the schedule of an aircraft you should always activate with a 3day delay to avoid simultaneous flight bookings on the same aircraft.
