Sell a plane to the holding

Hi,

I had an arrangement, where my holding bought a plane and then gave it to the subsidiary for nothing. Then the sub leased it back to holding. The idea was, that this way I could subsidize the subsidiary from my holding in the form of leasing payments.

But now I want to inject a bit more cash into the sub by selling the plane back to the holding at book value. However how does that effect the planes schedules and seats ? Is it just a financial transaction or are these things also effected ?

br,

You can choose sale and lease-back, seats and schedule remain untouched.

If you simply sell it, you lose seats and schedule of the plane.

Sell and leaseback is not an option. The plane is used by the holding, but owned by the sub.

So when I do this there is no way to avoid the effect on schedules etc ?
