Just want to find out how or if it is possible to assign a service profile to a specific route .
Commercial -> Inventory -> Airport Pair
There, under General Settings select the service profile
and select the checkbox under Apply settings to
- Airport Pair (will make this the default settings, without updating existing flights)
- Flight Numbers (will update existing flights without making this the default settings)
- Return Airport Pair (will make this the default settings for return portion, without updating existing flights)
- Return Flight Numbers (will update existing return flights without making this the default settings for the return portion)

Is this deactivated in the trail version as I go to as directed and under On-Board Service drop down the only thing listed is "no service profile". I have created a few profiles and chave tried to set them as default but still nothing..
Under Commercial - Service Profiles, what does it say as "Minimum Distance" for your service profiel?
And what is the distance for the route pair you are trying to assign a service profile to?
I have a feeling the issue comes from this area ...
Assigning service profiles is not deactivated in a trial account for as long as I am aware.

rubiohiguey2000, thanks it says 800km is min.. is there a way to say lower that to 400km or even just have it for all short hop flights some are 250km

800km is the minimum, if you’ve chosen to serve hot food or a second meal to at least one service class. Replace it with a single cold meal and the minimum distance will be removed.
