by uploading the logo to your airline profile, it is automatically submitted for verification. it becomes visible as soon as a member of the team has approved it
Well - don't understand why you want to do this, but this does not have any effect on the speed of approving small logos or which one is approved and which one is rejected. If you want to help us, don't restart your enterpise that often or if you don't know have a good concept, don't upload the logo everytime until your airline is at least a week old or so. ;)
