What do the fleet managers do? I’d like to know why I have almost 100% more than required. I have a few ideas but I’m not sure what’s going on. Are they employed when I create new routes, but don’t add flights? Sometimes I create a bunch of routes to see what prices the competition has.

Please, someone help me understand how to avoid this situation in the future.

Fleet managers are hired when you buy/lease aircrafts. You probably sold some planes or leased them out.

Hmm, actually I was wondering the same. And the post above dosent seem valid, since I have 29 fleet managers to spare, eventhough I have doubled my fleet during the last 14 days.
