Strange overall ORS in XIGUAN

I found a strange thing in overall ORS on First Class in XIGUAN:

  • I have a direct flight, the first class product has 4-bar rating
  • Others have connecting flights, the first class product on each flight leg has 3-bar rating
  • My direct flight is faster, and cheaper than the connecting flights
  • Why my direct flight has lower ORS than connecting flights?

There can be many reasons. However if you want a qualified guess, tell us which route.

It’s the PEK-CKG route.

Can anybody have a look at my case? Now I noticed that this issue is not only in First Class. Economy and Business in XIGUAN have seen lower overall ratings even if it’s direct and cheaper.
