I just noticed a massive drop of my economy image, compared to last week. I didn't have any big changes in my airline, so I'm a bit clueless what happened. The drop from +4 to -4 seems a bit harsh for a time of 7 days, don't you think?
The resulting drop in bookings have already cost me at least 100m AS$.
Did anyone experience similar drops out of nowhere?

Have you changed maintenance provider by any chance? Removed flight attendants from cabin configs? Changed economy seats?
But I concur, such a huge drop is unusual, and should not be reflected over a period of 7 days for an airline years old.
Maybe you should write a support ticket.
I just submitted a support ticket. I didn't change seats or service levels at all.

This really seems to be sudden and looking at your flight image it should really nothsve any negative effect (even less so 4 red bars) on your overall image.
This seems some strange technical issue or bug that appeared and I think only support will be able to resolve it. And hopefully they do that fast because raising back such low image into the green would be long and painful process.

I believe this must have been some bug, but myself I would be interested in knowibg if it the image returned back to normal.
They found the problem but it has not been fixed yet. The economy image of my airline is still at 4 red bars and the booking numbers are still horribly low. (Load factor dropped from around 82% to 56%).
As I was told the airline's image is calculated with the total number of pax transported. Unfortunately Cathay Star's number was too high for the system and it caused an integer overflow during the calculation (turned the pax number into negatives, basically).
Unfortunately I won't get any compensation in the game. But hey, I only lost around one billion AS$ by now.
I'm not happy, as you guys can imagine. :(
so Pacific USA will be the next airline getting hit by the low image on your server? :P
I'm not sure whether you are the first person getting this issue or it's server related. Fly to Miami on Kaitak has an even higher total PAX number than your company
