Should you get a stacktrace when an error occurs, please copy the entire trace (Ctrl+A -> Ctrl+C -> Ctrl+P into a .txt file) and attach it to the support request. It will contain valuable information regarding your error and should speed up the process of finding the problem you are running in to.
