Do I need to do something to make AS use the terminal space I am renting in airports? E.g. I have 5* and jetways at Zurich airport in an approved contract, but my terminals rating on flights is still 2 bars? Also, at other airports I have cheaper terminals than the $11 AS fee but I still seem to pay the $11 per passenger…

Did you attach the the rented terminal space to your flights ? You can do it in the route management menu - "Service contract passenger handling"
