Terminating leasing contract

I know that terminating a leasing contract means that the aircraft is returned at the end of the leasing week. However, does the plane continue to fly normally up to that date? Or if I have flights scheduled do I have to wait for the last one to finish and then terminate the contract?

It will operate normally, and be returned at the time your next leasing payment would be due.
