Hello,
I am wondering if it is allowed to buy an aircraft with holding A then selling it for a low price to an external holding which shall lease or sell the aircraft to holding B for the piece holding A sold it in the first place. There has been a player asking be if I could help him in the role of the external holding in leasing aircraft that he would sell to me for a cheap price from holding A so I can lease it cheaply to holding B. Or tranfferening aircraft from a listed company to the holding through a third part holding. Is this allowed?
I will not do this before I get a reply.

Hi Christian,
in theory "illegal" actions should not be possible in a computer game.
Selling and/or leasing cheaply is not against the rules per se. Players sometimes help new players by leasing them cheap planes. This is a known practice and neither Martin nor the other players in general object.
However, different holdings that belong to the same player are (very explicitly) not allowed to do business with each other. If the holding that sells the planes to you and the holding that then leases the planes from you belong to the same player... it is not a kosher deal. It may be okay technically, but it would be against the spirit of the rules.
