I have some troubles with the ticket price adjustment tool.No matter what combination of filters I try, eighter not all flight are cached or no flights at all.
Is there anything I need to consider that I can properly use the mass price adjustment tool?
Could it be that the tool is not working if there is more than 1 service profile used for an airport pair?
Yes. Unfortunately, this won’t be possible to be fixed in the foreseeable future. We had a report about that a while ago and tried to fix it, but it would be a lot of reworking required - the reason is that the pricing tool didn’t originally include the service profile option… it was only added later and doesn’t fully work with the existing data structure we have.
Ok, thx. At least I know now the limitation of the tool.
