Traffic rights on via flights

I dont know if this is asked before. But I cannot find the answer, so I would like to ask if I can have a traffic rights in the following case,

I am an airline base in Japan (HND).

I wants to operate a via flight Tokyo (HND) - Moscow (SVO) - St. Petersburg

I know that I will not get bookings on Moscow - St. Petersburg, and I will get booking on HND-SVO,

but will I also get bookings on Tokyo - St. Petersburg?

Yes, you can get LED-HND and HND-LED passengers.

Which is better than most connecting flights but not brilliant. LED wont attract any of your connections from other places i Japan, only the ones directly from HND.
