Question about transfer flights.

Hi there, I need some help.

I know that you can transfer PAX to a differente airport but in the same city.

But is it anybody that is doing that today, and does it work?

My example is BMA in Sweden.

BMA is the city airport, I would like to make domestic flights in Sweden troughout this airport. At the same time I would like my 2 738 to fly from ARN the major airport. Would it be enough profitable is the question to feed trough a ground network?

No, this won't work. There is only a ground network for passenger/freight departing/arriving in this city. So ARN-BMA-LHR or SVO-ARN-BMA, but not SVO-ARN-BMA-LHR.
