Transfer money between airline and hloding

Is it possible to transfer some funds from an airline to his holding ?

I’d like my holding to build a cargo center

Hi,

You can not transfer money from the subsidiary to holding (or from holding to subsidiary). The only way to do it is to go public to receive dividends from your subsidiary (15% from the profit).
