My transfer flight from the lessor arrives at my hub around 1-ish in the morning and I have a scheduled flight already in less than an hour’s time (refer to attached screenshot below).
Should I cancel the flight to be safe? Will it be able to take off?
I just did a search on the online reservation system and for some reasons, my flights are rated -88(5 red bars) for my economy product and overall rating of -23(2 red bars).
This is despite me having 4 bars for onboard services the distance and route I am flying.
My prices are also slightly lower than other competitors on the same route.
You have to see that the server is just starting and a price of 380AS$ (we both have a price like that) is really high. SIN-HKG can maybe afford some daily flights with that prices right now for the start-up. My (very good) product is also rated with +23 and overall +56 which makes me wonder if there’s something changed in the rating criteria or it’s just the high prices we’re taking. That you have a rating that low doesn’t mean that you won’t have full flights but that will mean when we’re running into the capacity end of the route “our” Boeing 787-8 will empty your Airbus A320 as Dionysos and me (Singapura) have better ratings. From what I can see you may use at least in one of your Airbus A320 a very weak seating (maybe the standard of AirlineSim?) - but in the end I seem to be the only one having good seats btw (in SIN itself). So you shouldn’t be in trouble so early…
Yes, because I just turned premium and before the server restarted, I was using the same a/c type but worse seating configs and onboard services, but still managed to get full flights every single time.
So when I got to use the ORS I got really shocked that my economy seat ratings were abysmally low!
Hmm. All my flights are 100% full right off the line… ok, not that fast because there were bookings of an airport in a ground network of HKG. Maybe you should go for an upgrade of your planes.
EDIT: To be honest: I’m the only one who has both flights, SINHKG and HKGSIN, absolutely full…
