Ive been playing AS for a few months now and as I’m nearly 1k departures at my hub I just wanted to know what you guys do when you fill up your waves slots?
I have 4 waves a day, 0, 6, 12, 18. But these are all nearly filled. Do you then create a new set of waves, say 1,7,13,19? Or do you just keep adding onto and where you can on the current waves?

I do exactly that. Another set of waves.
High volume destinations start working on the second wave set. Keep filling in the first set with smaller destinations.

Expending out waves, 1, 7, 13, 19, then 2, 8, 14, 20, etc., with arrivals retracting wave times in opposite time direction (so if initial arrival cutoffs were 23, 5, 11, 17, they would retract to 22, 4, 10, 16 etc) and also in forward direction (cutoff 0, 6, 12, 18).Also scheduling fully booked flights mid waves. With time you will get one huge multi wave
